If you're looking for a free Forex quote, you have definitely stumbled across the right site. Here at Forex Trading Rookie, you can find the latest exchange rates in the Forex market. You really can't beat the price, right? I always say the only thing better than free currency rates is free waffles. Ok, I've never said that, but you'd probably agree with that statement if you really thought about it. Anyway, on with the quotes.

Using the Chart

Below this paragraph, you'll see a chart that has the latest Forex exchange rates displayed. They have information about all of the major currency pairs that you'll find in the market. When you're ready to look up one of the currency pairs, simply go to the left side of the chart and find the first currency listed another. For example, if your wanting to find a quote on the EUR/USD pair, you would navigate over to the row that says EUR. Then you navigate over to the column that corresponds with the last currency in the pair. In the case of the EUR/USD, you would move over to the United States dollar column. The rate that you see in that box tells you the latest quote on the currency pair. These rates are updated throughout the day based on the changes in the Forex market.

Why Do These Things Change?

If you're new to the market, you may be wondering exactly why these rates change so much. I wondered the same thing when I came on board. The truth is, there are practically 1 million and 2 factors that influence the market every day. Things like economic uncertainty, governmental changes, new home sales, nonfarm payroll and retail sales all have an impact. You'd have to be psychic to really know how the rates are going to change, due to all of the various factors in the market.

Making Some Money

While you're probably not psychic, you can generally predict what will go on the market if you know what you're doing. Because of this, you may be able to make some money by trading currencies against one another.
